Our latest proposal is a private, ecological estate of small multi-family houses.

This designed estate is situated on the Kołobrzeg city border, but administratively belongs to the rural commune, which has a significant influence on the height of taxes and other local charges. At the same time the estate area is in the zone of direct services by the municipal transport. It takes 5-10 minutes to get the centre of Kołobrzeg.

The location of the estate near the western city border, enables quick and comfortable access to the most beautiful beaches in the region of Kołobrzeg (Grzybowo, Dźwirzyno), without having to drive through the city centre, which is crowded in the high season.

The area of the plot is approx. 16000 m2 and the loose land development guarantees a lot of freedom and a comfortable amount of space for recreation. The designed playground allows children and their parents active relaxation and having fun

A high level of communication infrastructure is provided - roads, car parks together with draining and lighting. It is a consciously designed estate where the relation of the building area to the area of the plot is sensationally low and is 19,5%.

Within this estate we offer flats from 45 to 90 m2, which include maisonettes with two bathrooms. On the ground floor there are gardens assigned to these flats, each flat possesses a balcony from the first floor onwards.

The buildings have spacious staircases with comfortable stairs, all the flats on the ground floor are accessible for the disabled.

The energy-saving technology - houses from prefabricated units, provides tenants with low heating and exploitation costs. Each flat is equipped with a gas stove with the closed combustion chamber, which increases its comfort and safety. All the flats possess a structural network and are fully measured.

The location of the estate among low neighbouring buildings, in a quite big distance from busy high streets, guarantees a high comfort and silence.

The estate is enclosed with a possibility of all-night security guard.
